All prices are displayed in Euros (β¬) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect your current billing cycle. You will be notified of upcoming price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
We accept the following payment methods for paid subscriptions and services:
All payment processing is handled securely through our PCI DSS-compliant payment providers. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We offer a 14-day free trial for our Professional plan. During the trial period, you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged.
After the trial period, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions. If you have been charged in error, please contact our support team and we will resolve the issue promptly.
β Our Refund Promise: If we've made a billing error or charged you incorrectly, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again after 3 days. If the payment continues to fail, your account may be downgraded to the free tier or suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. We will notify you via email before any account changes take effect.

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Hambiltonian Web during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to reach a fair resolution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiations within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI). The arbitration shall take place in Amsterdam, in the Dutch language, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
EU Consumer Exception: If you are a consumer under EU law, you have the right to bring disputes before the competent court in your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms restricts that right.
Under EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers in the EU may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration or consumer exceptions shall be brought before the competent courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance (except payment obligations) caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet service failures, or pandemics.
